Everything is great with the hamper and I would have given this 5 stars but one of the wheels broke off when I was pushing the hamper towards the washer

This item is very sturdy. It holds a lot of laundry and moves well enough. The snap on the pull strap is not strong enough (comes unsnapped) if pulling it while full. Needs a stronger snap on the pull strap. The wheel locks are not very good either. But, it is easy to move around without the strap and the wheel locks being useless. The wood on top is nice and solid. It is a good height and the drawers are very convenient to have. Looks more like a piece of furniture than a rolling hamper.
