Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your LIND pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
30-day returns — You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to start a return — Email riakhanstoresales@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions within one business day.
Return shipping — For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Damaged or incorrect items — If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you — a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping.
Exchanges — The fastest way to exchange is to return the original once eligible and place a new order. Reach out, and we'll help.
Refund timing — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post the funds.
Non-returnable items — For hygiene reasons, used laundry-care items such as dryer balls and mesh wash bags can't be returned once opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or faulty. Gift cards are non-returnable.
