Welcome to LIND. These terms set out the basis on which we offer our products and on which you use this website. They are written to be clear and fair to both of us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products

We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its materials and dimensions where confirmed. Colours and natural materials may vary slightly from screen to delivery. Where a detail is still being confirmed, we say so rather than overstate it.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel an order in the rare event of a genuine mistake, in which case we will refund you in full.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery timeframes and any costs are shown at checkout and explained on our Shipping Policy page.

Returns and refunds

If something is not right, our Refund and Return Policy explains how to return an item and how refunds are handled.

Your account and conduct

Please keep your account details accurate and secure, and use the site lawfully. We may suspend access in cases of misuse.

Intellectual property

The LIND name, content, and imagery on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

We stand behind our products and our service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased.
