Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping isn't available yet — it's coming, and we'll announce it here when it is.

Cost and delivery

Tracking

The moment your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

If something's delayed

Occasionally a parcel runs behind — weather, a holiday, or a carrier delay. If yours does, we'll keep you informed, and you can always reach us for an update.

If a parcel is lost

If tracking stalls or your order doesn't arrive, tell us. We'll look into it with the carrier and make it right.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund — at no cost to you.
