Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be sure. Live with your piece, and if it isn't right, returning it is simple.

Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

Condition

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Reach us through our Contact page with your order number, and we'll guide you through the next steps, including the return address.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is arranged and paid by you. We'll always confirm the address before you send anything back.

Refund timing

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, you won't pay a thing. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping.

Exchanges

Prefer a different option? Start a return and place a new order, or simply ask — we're happy to help.

Non-returnable

Items requested outside the 30-day window, or returned not in resaleable condition, may not be eligible. We'll always be fair and let you know.
